It is my personal favorite of mine due to the "go kart" like feel. The aluminum chassis is only 150lbs and is the rigid backbone of these cars. The Elise has a total weight of only 1950lbs, these cars want to take off and fly. The variable timing kicks in about 6200 RPM and will continue revving to 8500 RPM! These high revving cars are quick and agile... with the ability to carry speed through corners. Given it is a Toyota 4 cyl engine, it will give you 30MPG on the highway and still do 0-60 in 4.9 Secs. Vehicle was sold new out of the Chicago area and locally serviced and maintained.
